Works required to undertake the Great Crested Newt mitigation works, including:• Clearance of all vegetation down to ground level within the proposed development plot area. Arisings to either be chipped or brash piled in to the habitat creation areas.• habitat management works to existing ponds and adjacent habitats, plus creation of hibernacula with material generated from works on development area.• Moving of rubble from development area to wildlife areas and using it to create hibernacula. Any excess material will be stockpiled in the centre of the development footprint.
