Construction and Installation of 3G Synthetic Football Pitch – Athy Town AFC AFC (7,104m m²)

Description

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, and supervision necessary for the construction and installation of a premium third-generation (3G) synthetic football pitch system (approx. 7,104m²), including but not limited to: The Works include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Supply and installation of approved shock pad system. 2. Supply and installation of approved 3G synthetic turf carpet, including infill. 3. Pitch line marking, testing, and certification in accordance with FAI and FIFA Quality standards. 4. Installation of perimeter fencing, access gates, and goalposts. 5. Installation of ancillary fittings, including keypad access and related fixtures. 6. Supply of maintenance equipment, including drag brush, brush, and mat. 7. Any other works necessary to deliver a fully functional, certified 3G synthetic football pitch system. 8. Line marking for a senior football pitch (or as otherwise directed by the Client). 9. Supply and installation of perimeter fencing, access gates, and goal sockets as indicated on the drawings. 10. Ancillary works including access paths, tie-ins, and reinstatement of affected areas. 11. Completion of testing, certification, and handover documentation. ________________________________________
