Description

(FCC/033/26 F) Establishment of a Multiparty Framework for a 4 year duration for new build construction works and/or refurbishment (which may include conservation) to Fingal County Council’s Public Buildings, monuments and structures, for projects up to €5,000,000 per project (overall framework value €20,000,000). The initial contract will be development at No. 2 - 4 Dublin Street, Balbriggan comprising refurbishment of protected structure at No. 2 and construction of new single storey building at No. 4 and rear of No. 2 Dublin Street to provide Workspaces and Creative Hub together with all associated site development
