Request for Tenders to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of legal services to the Commission for Communications Regulation. In summary, this Competition is divided into three main Lots (each a “Lot”, together “the Lots”). Lot 3 relates to core services and is accompanied by a number of specialist sub lots which are included to facilitate applications by firms who can demonstrate specific appropriate expertise in the relevant area. Each Lot and where relevant each sub Lot will result in a separate Framework Agreement. The Lots are: Lot 1 – Corporate Law Services Lot 2 – General Circuit Court and District Court litigation Lot 3 – Core Regulatory and Legal Services; Lot 3.1 – Electronic Communications Lot 3.2 – Cybersecurity and Resilience Lot 3.3 – E.U. Data Act Lot 3.4 – eIDAS Lot 3.5 – Postal Law Lot 3.6 – AI Act and Product Safety
