YPO - 001087 Low Energy Lighting Systems to Include Internal, External and Emergency Lighting

YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Low Energy Lighting Systems to include Internal, External and Emergency Lighting. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies. Lot 1: YPO are looking to established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to provide public sector organisations with a compliant procurement route for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of low energy lighting systems which includes but not limited to low energy internal lighting systems, low energy external lighting and security lighting systems as well as emergency lighting systems. (Please note for the avoidance of doubt this does not include street lighting). Customers will supply their exact requirements and standards during the call for competition stage. Providers appointed onto this DPS must be able to provide a full end to end service including but not limited to pre-works surveys, design, installation, commissioning and maintenance together with the ability to incorporate intelligent lighting controls and emergency lights where applicable. As such the Provider must be capability of delivering products/part of a service up to a fully managed and serviced lighting system to meet customer requirements.
