Fixed Period Contract HR Support Services

MG ALBA has a newly established in-house HR function which manages day-to-day HR activities and seeks external HR expertise to provide strategic guidance, specialist advice, and training and capacity building with the People, Partnerships and Development team as required. Some onsite presence in Stornoway and Glasgow will be required and should be factored into pricing. Lot 1: Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver HR advisory and support services to MG ALBA. The services will include: - Strategic HR advice and support - Specialist guidance on employee relations matters - Advice on employment legislation and compliance - HR policy development, review and updates - Support with organisational change initiatives - Workforce planning advice and support - Guidance on HR best practice The successful tenderer will: - Work closely with the Director of People, Partnerships & Development and the HR & Assurance Manager. - Provide specialist advice and support on complex and sensitive HR matters. - Support the HR & Assurance Manager, who will act as the primary internal contact and coordinator. Additional requirements: - Occasional onsite presence in Stornoway and Glasgow will be required - Any required onsite attendance should be factored into pricing - Pre-approved travel and subsistence costs will be reimbursed separately.
