Provision of Feasibility Report investigating potential reinforcement of the Chough population on Islay and Colonsay.

Description

Argyll & The Isles Coast & Countryside Trust (ACT), in conjunction with the Scottish Chough Forum (SCF), seeks a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a study which will investigate the feasibility of reinforcing the existing chough population on Islay and Colonsay. We expect the study to be predominately desk based and to be completed by the end of August 2025. Lot 1: We are seeking an experienced contractor to produce a detailed feasibility study, including delivery cost estimates, which will contain sufficient information to fully evaluate the need for and inform a translocation application under the Scottish Code for Conservation Translocations
