PLANNED PROCUREMENT (prior information) NOTIFICATION - This is not a call for competition as THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. However, interest (Expression of interest) can be registered here (whilst the tender details are being finalised), and please refer to the UK3: Planned procurement notice for any further details - see 'https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/061889-2025'. Note: Any questions on this planned procurement MUST be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (as also stated below). Also, Expressions of interest only need to be completed once per applicable contact/Workgroup, as once completed please access your ‘Activities’ in this eProcurement Portal instead. This Planned procurement notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO is looking to establish a framework that offers the design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of modular buildings and associated products and services. The framework is expected to be divided into 10 lots: Lot 1A. Modular Education Buildings: Hire Lot 1B. Modular Education Buildings: Purchase Lot 2A. Modular Healthcare Buildings: Hire Lot 2B. Modular Healthcare Buildings: Purchase Lot 3A. Modular Catering Buildings: Hire Lot 3B. Modular Catering Buildings: Purchase Lot 4A. Modular Accommodation Buildings: Hire Lot 4B. Modular Accommodation Buildings: Purchase Lot 5A. Modular Miscellaneous Buildings: Hire Lot 5B. Modular Miscellaneous Buildings: Purchase The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances extensions will be completed in full, or potentially in 12-month periods, and is subject to the performance of the framework). The total estimated value stated includes the option to extend the framework as noted above.
