Description
Crown Estate Scotland is seeking a service provider to partner with us in delivering an annual staff survey. Our annual survey and feedback provide Crown Estate Scotland with insight into how employees experience their working lives. It provides data that will help drive change and monitor progress in relation to employee engagement, management and leadership. For employees, it provides an opportunity for them to give honest feedback anonymously, outline any frustrations and potential ways to improve Crown Estate Scotland. Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint Consultants to lead the annual staff survey for all employees, identifying key issues, trends and to report on findings. This contract is for a period of three years, reviewed on an annual basis. This survey work will build on previous staff survey work Crown Estate Scotland has carried out with employees since 2018. Moving forward we are also looking to put in place ‘pulse’ surveys throughout the year. These may focus on specific areas of concern which are raised in the annual staff survey, or progress made on our annual staff survey action plan. The provider should be able to facilitate these surveys and advise on best practice for regular surveys across a staff group. One option CES is open to is a system-based approach which enables the survey data to be held (anonymously) in a system. While we are not restricted to this as an approach, we recognise that this is available in the marketplace and are open to bids from system providers who offer this service.
