External Supplier Audit (Lot 1 & Lot 2)

Caledonian Sleeper Limited (CSL) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider(s) to deliver independent audit and assurance services across two distinct but related requirements. Lot 1: Supplier Audit Programme - Lot 1 This Lot covers the delivery of independent, risk-based supplier audits across CSL’s rolling stock maintenance and materials supply chain. The appointed supplier will undertake two structured audits across key supplier sites, CAF and Alstom. Assessing operational, engineering and governance controls, including compliance with contractual, regulatory and ethical requirements. Lot 2: CSL / GBRf Joint Interface Audit Lot 2 This Lot covers the delivery of an independent joint audit between CSL and its traction provider, GB Railfreight (GBRf). The audit will assess the effectiveness of operational, engineering and safety-critical interfaces between both organisations, ensuring risks are appropriately managed in a shared operating environment.
