Property Consultancy and Project Supervision/Management Services (Lot 1) and Facility Management Consultancy Services (Lot 2)

Description

The objective of this procedure is to provide the Agency with technical expertise in the domains of property consultancy and project supervision / management services and facility management consultancy. Lot 1: Property Consultancy and Project Supervision / Management Services EASA is looking to sign multiple framework contracts with competent and experienced service providers for property consultancy and project supervision / management services. Project coordination: — property consultancy; — project supervision and project management (construction); — specialist services e.g., sanitary, mechanical and electrical engineer, data centre consultant, catering consultant. Lot 2: Facility Management Consultancy Services EASA is looking to sign framework contracts with competent and experienced service providers for facility management (FM) consultancy services. General consultancy in the context of the strategic, commercial, technical and infrastructural building management: — strategic FM, — design of the FM process, — commercial FM, — technical FM, — infrastructural FM, — health and safety and security management, — property IT consultancy.
