Description

The aim of this procurement is to enter into framework agreements with one or several tenderers for building materials and fasteners, in accordance with the requirement specifications. The contract will cover the contracting authority's need for building materials for maintenance managed by municipality, in order to maintain our buildings in the most efficient way. Up to three (3) framework agreements will therefore be signed per contract area listed in the requirements specification. The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into framework agreements with one or several tenderers. The objective of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for building materials for our employees for the maintenance of our buildings in the most efficient way. Therefore up to 3 framework agreements will be signed per contract area listed below. The contracting authority manages 47 school buildings, 27 nurseries, 19 institutions/nursing homes, 98 office buildings/sports halls/arts centres, and 249 residential buildings, etc. The list is not exhaustive. The contract must secure predictable terms for both the tenderer and the contracting authority. The customers will shop in the contract area and with the contract that is closest to where the work will be carried out.
