Construction Lot 1: Roofing Creating Enterprise CIC (“CE”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cartrefi Conwy Cyfyngedig (“Cartrefi Conwy”). Cartrefi Conwy owns and manages over 4,000 properties throughout the county of Conwy in North Wales. More details are available at Home - Cartrefi Conwy. CE and Cartrefi Conwy are jointly looking to set up framework agreements for planned and responsive maintenance works (“the Framework Agreements”) on the terms of the draft Framework Agreement document referenced in Appendix 2 [Draft Framework Agreement Documents] and made available on the sell2wales site (“the Framework Agreement Document”). This procurement is divided into 4 (four) Lots: - Lot 1: Roofing; - Lot 2 Adaptations, Fencing and Landscaping; - Lot 3 Minor works and reactive repairs; and - Lot 4 Heating and Electrical.
