Provision of Videography Services - Multi Operator Framework Agreement

Description

The purpose of this competition is to establish a multi-operator framework agreement for the provision of Videography Services to the University of Galway. . Videography is a key component of the University's efforts to promote its news, events and institutional developments among the general public, the third level sector, government, research and academic partners, for marketing purposes and student recruitment and among the media and other stakeholders, as well as complementing other engagement campaigns. This multi-operator framework agreement will be established with [five] [5] operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. The framework will initially be established for a period of [two] [2] years, with the option to extend for a further period of [one] [1] year, subject to a maximum of [three] [3] such extensions, and further subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
