Description

The University wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of infrastructure cabling on the University of Surrey Campus' that falls within maintenance and small projects commonly known as Moves Adds and Changes (MACs). In addition the University wishes to explore the option of having a managed service to wrap around the cabling contract. The managed service would include the proactive monitoring of work tickets, liaising with members of the University team, identifying MACs and cabling faults and the management of comms rooms and the cabling infrastructure on site.
