Provision of Dental Out of Hours Services across Norwich, Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth, and Kings Lynn

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) intend to award a contract to Night Dental Ltd for Lot 1 Norwich and Lot 2 Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth for the Provision of Out of Hours Dental Services following a robust Competitive Process. Please note, Lot 3 Kings Lynn has not been awarded as part of this process. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Norwich Lot 1 - Norwich:<br/><br/>NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) intend to award a contract to Night Dental Ltd for Lot 1 - Norwich for the Provision of Out of Hours Dental Services following a robust Competitive Process.<br/><br/>Services are expected to commence on 1st April 2025 and end 31st March 2030.<br/><br/>The contract will be delivered under a Personal Dental Services Agreement (PDS) for a duration of 4 years with the commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 12 months.<br/><br/>The lifetime value of the contract (including extensions) is £688,321.<br/><br/>This is a existing service and has been awarded to an existing provider. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth Lot 2 - Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth<br/><br/>NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) intend to award a contract to Night Dental Ltd for Lot 2 Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth for the Provision of Out of Hours Dental Services following a robust Competitive Process.<br/><br/>Services are expected to commence on 1st April 2025 and end 31st March 2030.<br/><br/>The contract will be delivered under a Personal Dental Services Agreement (PDS) for a duration of 4 years with the commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 12 months.<br/><br/>The lifetime value of the contract (including extensions) is £358,041.<br/><br/>This is a existing service and has been awarded to an existing provider. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Kings Lynn Lot 3 - Kings Lynn:<br/><br/>The service is expected to cover the following:<br/>2 sessions on Saturdays<br/>1 session on Sundays<br/>1 session on Bank Holidays<br/><br/>The Commissioner would expect 6 patients to be seen per session.
