Description
Mattilsynet [the Norwegian Food Safety Authority] will enter into a framework agreement for printers and multi-function printers and accessories. The contest is cancelled as only unacceptable tenders were received. Mattilsynet [the Norwegian Food Safety Authority] will enter into a contract with one tenderer. The contract competed for in this contest consists of SSA-R with Annex where SSA-K with Annex will be the call-off contract forming the basis for each individual purchase. In SSA-K Annex 1, the price matrix and SSA-K Annex 2, the equipment the Norwegian Food Safety Authority will purchase on the contract is further specified. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority has 70 to 90 addresses that equipment must be deliverable to. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority’ offices are spread across the entire country. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority will use electronic ordering to make call-offs on the contract. Tenderers must be able to deliver catalogues in EHF to the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s access point. The Norwegian Food Safety Authority anticipated purchasing for between NOK 2.5 million and NOK 4 million excluding VAT over a four year period. Lot 1: The equipment must be suitable for workplaces and continual use. The equipment must be in accordance with the requirement concerning nature, quantity, quality, other characteristics and packaging that adhere to the contract and are suitable for the purpose according to the contract text and tender documentation. In addition, the contracting authority can also purchase accessories and additional equipment for printers on the contract. Suppliers do not have exclusive rights to sell accessories and additional equipment as long as the contracting authority is obligated to purchase on joint contracts that the National Procurement Centre has entered into on behalf of government agencies. To the extent printer accessories and additional equipment are not covered by joint contracts or suppliers in the State’s joint contract cannot deliver in accordance with contract, the contracting authority will purchase such equipment on this contract, to the extend the supplier can offer the desired equipment.
