Clúid Housing are seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement with suitably qualified and experienced Design and Build Contractors for large scale residential developments nationwide. It is envisaged that contracts awarded under the framework agreement will be concluded using the Public Works Framework (PWCF2 Building Works Designed by the Contractor).
