The purpose of this request for information is to gather information regarding the availability and capacity of Service Providers to take over the running of the existing residential disability service in Carrigart, Co. Donegal, within a HSE sourced property, as a going concern. This request for information is open to Agencies operating under Section 38 or Section 39 of the Health Act, as well as to for-profit Service Providers currently providing similar service. The service provider will be requested to deliver residential services, supporting one adult in achieving meaningful outcomes across several critical areas. Specifically, the focus will be on how the service provider supports the individual to thrive in their own home and community, exercise choice and control, and enjoy a high quality of life. The staff involved in the future care may be required to be a mix of nursing and social/health care staff. The service will be made up of a person in charge at social care leader grade. The remaining staff will be a mix of social care worker and health care assistant grade. Day and night time staffing will be at 2:1.
