Asset Information Management System (AIMS) - MW

Description

The Council is undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform the future procurement of an Asset Information Management System (AIMS) to support the management of the Golden Thread of Information and compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022. The proposed solution will be required to provide a secure, cloud-based platform capable of managing asset information, safety case records, compliance documentation, change control processes, BIM integration, reporting and regulatory assurance across approximately 20,000 dwellings, including 44 Higher Risk Buildings. The PME will seek supplier feedback on available solutions, implementation approaches, integration capabilities, data migration requirements, commercial models and market capacity to support the future delivery of the service.
