Agder fylkeskommune skal anskaffe solcelleanlegg med tilhørende utstyr til Søgne videregående skole avd. Søgnetunet i Kristiansand kommune, Tvedestrand videregående skole avd. Holt i Tvedestrand kommune og Risør videregående skole i Risør kommune. For ytterligere informasjon om anskaffelsens innhold vises det til bilag 1 og bilagene 1a, 1b og 1c. Det budsjetteres med en kontraktsverdi på 4 MNOK, eks. mva. Tilbudet skal omfatte solcelleanlegg på alle de tre skolene og holde seg innenfor en makspris på 4 000 000,- NOK eks. mva.
