Management of an assistive aids storehouse

Description

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for the management of Moss municipality's assistive aids storehouse. The contract includes the following services which shall be provided concurrently during the contract period: - The reception and storage of assistive aids delivered from NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral Øst-Viken (the assistive aids central). - The operation of the municipality's short term lending system - Distribution and follow-up of the mentioned assistive aids. - Maintenance and repairs of the municipality's mobility aids in the health and care institutions. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for four years from 16.05.2023, with a unilateral right for the contracting authority to extend the contract by 12 months at a time up to two times. The maximum duration of the contract is, therefore, six years.
