Description
A tender for a sole provider for the provision of Responsive Repairs, Planned Works, and Void Preparation Works on our homes in the Greater London North and South region, which is referred to internally as Lots 1&2. This will be tendered as one lot and as stated above, Home Group are looking for a sole contractor to service the region as a whole, which has a stock level of approximately 5600 homes. The contract will have an initial 5 year term, commencing 28/10/26, with two optional performance based extensions of 3 and 2 years respectively. The form of contract will be JCT MTC.
