Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice: DIPS product for appointments from EPJ to Helsenorge for the health trusts in the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority

In connection with the project "Digital Resident Services - My Appointments", there is a need to purchase additional functionality from the existing EPJ supplier. Patients will be able to log in to helsenorge.no, view their appointments at health trusts and have a digital dialogue with the department about their appointments. For further information, see; Digital Resident Services - My Appointments - South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority (helse-sorost.no) The product "My Appointments on Helsenorge" will enable DIPS hospitals to meet the national requirement that all calls for appointments in the public health sector must be pushed to Helsenorge, so that patients have an overview of their appointments at all times without Helsenorge having to query the databases of the various health organisations. Lot 1: The procurement concerns the development, purchase and maintenance of the product. The development of My Appointments is organised in a collaborative project with South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. Sykehusinnkjøp HF is carrying out the procurement on behalf of the Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. The total value of the procurement is the total value of purchases and maintenance over four years.
