The Replacement of the Heritage Council’s wireless Fire Detection and Alarm System on a like for like basis. The existing panels to be de-commissioned and replaced .Supply of new devices smoke and heat detectors I/O devices, isolation units etc. The scope of work will include but necessarily be limited to; 15 wireless manual call points 61 wireless detector bases 61 smoke detector heads 1 wireless detector sounder base 13 Dual input and output units 1 red sounder base 1 sounder visual device alarm red 1 weather resistant plate 35 Sounder base (white) 35 visual alarm devices (clear) On-site training for Staff on the operation of the system to be provided for in the tender 3 No sets of as installed drawings and operator manuals. Pick-up and maintain all existing magnetic door holders, gas shut down valve, lift and air-con units. The new system installed in to the building is to be designed installed and commissioned in accordance with IS 3218 2013 and A1 2019
