Wexford County Council invites tenders from suitable, qualified and experienced individuals and/or companies to deliver youth theatre and development services. Over the last number of years, Wexford Count Council has led a pro-active approach to the development of youth arts within Co. Wexford. A strong youth-centred ethos underpins all areas of the youth arts programming, which has been guided by the following core values:- - Centrality of the individual - Inclusion, access, and participation - Equal focus on personal, social and artistic development - Creativity of the individual - High artistic standards Youth Theatre workshop and production development has also been extensive in the past and some achievements include numerous productions of existing and devised works on the local and national stage, collaborations with professional playwrights and production companies and the delivery of an annual programme of an exceptionally high artistic standard.
