Description

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for a contract for the procurement of external assistance for recruiting managers and other key positions. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. Fredrikstad Municipality would like to use external assistance for recruiting managers and directors. There is recruitment competence in the municipality, but the volume and scope are greater than what we want to use internal resources for. In addition, there may be call-offs with recruiting to business manager positions and key positions where the contracting authority believes there are recruiting challenges.
