Building demolition and wrecking work and earthmoving work

The New Tøyenbadet is planned to replace the current Tøyenbadet. The existing pool will be demolished and a new modern swimming pool will be established on the same site. This call for tenders is for the demolition work. The demolition contract includes the removal of the current buildings, outdoor facilities and all technical installations. The contract concerns all buildings including foundations and developed areas. The building materials must be separated in relevant waste fractions and transported to an approved reception/disposal site. The highest possible degree of waste separation must be sought. KID has a high focus on recycling and material recovery. The progress of the project is based on the demolition works being executed within a 4 month period. However, the demolition contractor will be given a 6 month period for concluding the work. The 2 last months the demolition contractor must be prepared to share the construction site with the foundation contractor.
