The contract value for the maximum potential contract term of 5 years is split by each individual awarded provider as follows: — Farnham Integrated Care Services Ltd: 1 375 000 GBP, — Oakley Health Group: 220 000 GBP, — North Hampshire Urgent Care: 750 000 GBP, — Salus Medical Services Ltd: 4 115 000 GBP.
