Delivery of wholesale and fixed dairy products to the Norwegian Armed Forces

The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) would like to enter into several framework agreements to cover the Norwegian Armed Forces’ need for wholesale and fixed dairy products. A framework agreement will be signed for each sub-area: South Norway and North Norway. NDLO reserves the right to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for all the sub-areas if this in total gives the Norwegian Armed Forces the economically most advantageous solution. See the attached tender documentation for the specifications, award criteria, and further information. The estimated value for the South Norway lot is NOK 400 million excluding VAT, the maximum value for the lot is a total of NOK 450 million excluding VAT during the agreement period including all options. The stated maximum value is based on the price level at the date of publication. The estimated value for the North Norway lot is NOK 400 million excluding VAT, the maximum value for the lot is a total of NOK 450 million excluding VAT during the agreement period including all options. The stated maximum value is based on price levels at the time of the tender.
