Provision of cleaning/janitorial products and operational supplies

Description

This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd via open procedure to seek a maximum of two suppliers for the provision of cleaning/janitorial products and operational supplies. The requirement is split into two lots, the Company intends to award a contract for each lot. Suppliers can Tender for any combination of lot or lots. The initial term of the contract will be for the period of 2 years. The initial term may be extended by a period or periods of up to 3 years. Total potential Contract term including extensions is 5 years. Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ Lot 1: Cleaning Supplies This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a supplier for the provision of cleaning/janitorial products. On return of all tenders following tender return deadline, all submissions will initially be evaluated on a pass/fail basis and only tenderers who have passed this stage will their quality and price submission evaluated. Evaluation will be based on the below criteria (1) Selection Questionnaire (SQ) - Pass/Fail (2) Invitation to Tender (ITT) - Weighted Quality Questions and Price After evaluation of the ITT submissions, the one tenderer who achieves the highest score in both quality and price will be awarded the contract. Lot 2: Operational Supplies This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a supplier for the provision of operational supplies. On return of all tenders following tender return deadline, all submissions will initially be evaluated on a pass/fail basis and only tenderers who have passed this stage will their quality and price submission evaluated.
