Software maintenance and further development of the automated ship behaviour monitoring and anomaly detection application (STAR ABM)

Description

The objective of this procurement procedure is to establish a framework service contract (FWC) for ICT services related to correction of malfunctions (‘corrective maintenance’) and further development (‘evolutive maintenance’), including a new software release and future enhancement of the STAR ABM software application. The framework contract (FWC) aims to ensure the maintenance, development and potential enhancement of the software application that provides the automated behaviour monitoring (ABM) service to the EU Member States and institutions. The services to be contracted under the FWC are divided into 3 modules: module 1 — corrective maintenance and operational support; module 2 — development of ABM release 3.0 (fixed scope); module 3 — enhancements (time and means).
