Description
Overview - Lewis Pies Limited make pastry based products for a range of sectors. LEWIS PIES ARE LOOKING FOR A PANNING UNIT. Products that are run down our pastry line are currently picked up using a scoop and placed on a metal baking tray. This process is manual and requires 2 people that stand side on to the line. We are looking to replace this process with a specialist panning unit that has a retractable belt that retracts at speed and places product onto the try ready for baking. This process must be able to run at up to 8 trays per minute and be height adjustable. The unit must be able to be stopped by the control on our main Rondo Starline.
