Transport for Wales (TfW) and Transport for Wales (TfWRL) are looking to conduct market engagement for the development of a corporate travel booking system. We are also looking for a solution for digitalising educational season tickets that are currently only available in physical form. Our requirement also includes a travel booking system for TfW employees. Lot 1: Digitalising Educational Season Tickets We are looking for a solution for digitalising educational season tickets that are currently only available in physical form, this would ideally be part of the corporate travel portal but we hope to understand through this market engagement exercise whether this is feasible. This will need to be capable of booking hotels and flights at the best available prices and would ideally also be able to arrange rail bookings.
