Maryhill Housing Association intends to enter into a 4-year Framework Agreement with six multi-trade contractors to carry out the following works: - Small major work (value from GBP 2,000.00 to 20,000.00) - Specialist building works (eg. rot works & structural works) - Other specialist repairs (eg. Window repairs) Lot 1: Maryhill Housing Association intends to enter into a 4-year Framework Agreement with six multi-trade contractors to carry out the following works: - Small major work (value from GBP 2,000.00 to 20,000.00) - Specialist building works (eg. rot works & structural works) - Other specialist repairs (eg. Window repairs). Bidders who do not pass the mandatory and discretionary exclusion criteria questions within the SPD will be excluded from the procurement process.
