CIF is the agent for Safe Regeneration; it is intended CIF will be a Central Purchasing Body as defined (as defined by Regulation 2(1) of the UK statutory Instrument 2015 nº 102 “The Public Contracts Regulations 2015” (the regulations) across the North West, Yorkshire and Humberside, Wales and Scotland. To avoid doubt this includes all Central Governing Authorities listed in schedule 1 of the regulations and Subcentral Authorities as defined in Schedule 2(1) of the regulations. CIF currently provides services to NHS Foundation Trusts www.nhs.uk/servicedirectories/pages/nhstrustlisting Community Care Organisations, Social Housing providers, Universities and Local Authorities. Contract award will be on a lot-by-lot basis with the option of further mini-competition or direct award; mini-competition will be based on technical ability followed by cost. full scopes of works will be issued on a project by project basis. A maximum of 10 highest scoring supply partners will be selected per lot. Provision of house building works and services (all types of dwellings) including but not limited to housing, health, community care, education and local authority sectors across the North West, Yorkshire & Humberside, Wales and Scotland. Contract award will be on a lot by lot basis with the option for mini-competition or direct appointment. Further mini-competition will be based on the ability to provide the specified services demonstrating technical ability followed by cost. A maximum of 10 highest scoring bidders will be allocated a place on the framework. CIF reserves the right to place the following 5 highest bidders on a reserve list should a successful bidder cease to be an economic operator of the framework. Full scopes of works/services will be issued by the relevant Contacting Authority on a project by project basis.
