Catering Concession Contract at Benmore Garden, near Dunoon, Argyle and Bute. A regional garden of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Lot 1: RBGE wish to appoint a Concessionaire for the provision of concession catering services at Benmore Botanic Garden. Contract Duration to be 3 years with optional additional 2 x 12 months extension periods. Max contract length 5 years. BBG’s visitor profile is a mix of day visitors, garden enthusiasts, tour groups, local residents and international tourists. Current and historic visitor numbers and catering sales are shown in the ITT documents. The visitor Café at BBG is situated within the BBG Visitor Centre, and shares space with the retail shop and admissions area. BBG was recently awarded Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions (ASVA) 4-star grading. The catering offer is a key element of the grading, with an emphasis on both food quality and consistently excellent service. The Garden is open seasonally between 1st March and 31st October..
