Description

This procurement relates to refurbishment works at Guildford Library, located at 77 North Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4AL. The project will deliver improvements to the existing library building through a programme of internal and external refurbishment works. The scope includes the creation of additional meeting rooms, construction of an accessible toilet, replacement of fire doors, internal redecoration, kitchen improvements, floor and ceiling works, mechanical and electrical alterations, and associated building fabric repairs. Additional works include the removal of redundant shelving and light boxes within the children's library, alterations to existing spaces to improve functionality, and external works including paving repairs, handrail extensions and decorative improvements.
