Beschaffungsgegenstand ist ein öffentlicher Auftrag über einen Full-Service EVB-IT-Servicevertrag für die bei der KZVWL vorhandene Hardware (insbesondere Server, Firewall, W-LAN, Mailgateway) für den Online- und Serverbereich. Der Auftragnehmer erbringt die Steuerung, Koordination, Überwachung, Begleitung und Durchführung sämtlicher insoweit erforderlicher IT-Serviceleistungen (insbesondere Wartung, Hardware-Monitoring, Garantieabwicklung, Lizenzverlängerung, Ausfallsicherheit, technischer Support, Durchführung von Software-Updates/Upgrades, Serveraustausch) u. a. mittels herstellerspezifischer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungspakete. Hinweis: Dieser Auftrag wird produktspezifisch ausgeschrieben, um eine Systemkompatibilität herzustellen.
