Lot 1: The Homeless Health Hub, which consists of the homeless health nursing team and the homeless link workers , is a nurse-led service for people who are homeless and disadvantaged within Blackpool. The nursing service provides clinics, ad hoc wound clinics and in a range of outreach locations. It is the attention to award a contract an existing provider following PSR direct award process C. It is anticipated that the duration of the contract will be from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 (with the ability to extend for up to 1+1+1+1 years subject to satisfactory contract review and budget availability) The lifetime value of the contract is estimated to be £220,700
