Description

This Prior Information Notice is being published by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) to inform potential tenderers of a forthcoming competition for the supply & support of an integrated technology platform covering: — Query Management, — Knowledge Management, — VoIP based telephony and call centre system (the "System"). The RSA will use an open procedure with the objective of awarding a contract to a single provider for the supply and support the System which, for avoidance of doubt, shall comprise of all of the aforesaid components. The specification of requirements for the system will be provided in the Request for Tender Document, which is expected to be issued in April 2018. Please note that no response is required at this stage. See Short Description above.
