Description
Nordre Follow Municipality invites tenderers to apply for an award of concession for the delivery of assistance hours in the scheme 'user controlled personal assistance' for users in the municipality. BPA is rights based in The Patient and Users Rights Act. The municipality has and will have user choice for BPA. This means that users who have been awarded BPA can choose to have the service provided by the municipal service, or by one of several private suppliers. Lot 1: The municipality intends to enter into a contract with three tenderers that fulfil the set requirements for service concession terms.
