Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the East Midlands and Mid Anglia Libraries Consortium (EMMAC) to establish a framework agreement for the supply of library stock materials EMMAC Consortium consists of: — Cambridgeshire County Council, — Creative Learning Services (CLS), — Derby City Council, — Derbyshire County Council, — Inspire: Culture Learning and Libraries (Midlands) (known as ‘Inspire’), — Inspire’s Education Library Service (ELS), — Leicestershire County Council, — Leicester City Council, — Nottingham City Council, — Peterborough City Council, — Rutland County Council. Any resulting framework agreement will be entered into by Inspire as the lead member of the consortium. Adult fiction, non-fiction books and standing orders. Children’s and young adult fiction and non-fiction books, books for education library services, including non-fiction to support foundation, KS1 and KS2 and some provision for KS3 and KS4. DVDs.
