APX 033 Works in Relation to Replacement of Thermostatic Mixing Valves

Description

The main contract works comprise the supply and installation of thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) to either bath or shower outlets within the bathrooms of 836 properties across Northern Ireland. The works shall be carried out by a mechanical contractor and include all associated pipework modifications, fittings, testing, commissioning, and making good as required to provide a complete and fully operational installation. The properties included within the scope of works are detailed in Appendix E, Schedule 4 (Address List). It is suggested the programme should run for a period of approximately six to seven months based on 6 installs per day for e.g. 3 teams completing 2 installs per day. This is a below threshold procurement.
