Procurement of consultancy services for the use of area accounts in municipal planning processes

The aim of this procurement is to carry out pilots, develop guidelines, and get professional advice on the use of area accounts in municipal planning processes. The procurement will include reports that will strengthen the professional basis for sustainable area development in planning. The combined need for assistance is currently not clear. KMD estimates that there will be a need for assistance up until 2024. However, the activities will vary in time and scope. It is also not certain if there will be a need for assistance during the entire period. The procurement has an upper cost limit of NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. This is a non-binding estimate made according to the contracting authority's best judgement, and is not binding for the contracting authority.
