Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn dymuno penodi ymgynghorydd cyflawn i ddarparu gwasanaethau Pensaernïol, Peirianneg, Mecanyddol a Thrydanol (M&E) ac Ymgynghorydd Arweiniol ar gyfer y prosiect ailddatblygu a ddisgrifir yn y ddogfen hon.Bydd gofyn i'r ymgynghorydd penodedig weithredu fel Ymgynghorydd Arweiniol drwy gydol y prosiect, gan ddarparu'r holl wasanaethau technegol, dylunio, cynghori a gweinyddu contractau cysylltiedig o ddechrau'r prosiect hyd at ei gwblhau a diwedd diffygion.Rhaid i gyflwyniadau ddangos gallu llawn i gyflawni gofynion y tendr hwn a hyfedredd wrth gwblhau'r holl ffurflenni cyflwyno adolygiad technegol sy'n ofynnol drwy gydol y broses ddylunio a chymeradwyo.Cyngor Gwynedd wishes to appoint an all-in consultant to provide Architectural, Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Lead Consultant services for the redevelopment project described in this document.The appointed consultant will be required to act as Lead Consultant throughout the project, providing all associated technical, design, advisory, and contract administration services from project inception through to completion and end-of-defects.Submissions must demonstrate full capability to deliver the requirements of this tender and proficiency in completing all technical review submission forms required throughout the design and approval process.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
