Description
the CREDIT Technology Gateway has requirement for scanning LiDAR based wind measurement equipment to assess the wind regime in different environments. The Gateway wishes to procure, subject to satisfying procurement and value for money requirements of the funder, Enterprise Ireland, equipment which can satisfy the technical requirements detailed in the technical specification attached. LiDAR technology is being sought for research purposes in the measurement and characterisation of the wind resource for micro-siting and mesoscale effects of obstacles, topography and inter- and intra-wind farm interactions.
