This opportunity sits within the London College of Music Examinations (LCME). Established in 1887, LCME offer globally recognised qualifications and awards in music, drama, communications and creative media. The current LCME Examination Management System is a comprehensive SaaS platform that supports the following activities via 3 separate systems: - Face to Face Exams - Written Theory Exams - Digital Recorded Exams - Digital Live Exams - Digital Theory Exams - Publications - CRM The system(s) serves a global user base with complex workflows spanning booking, scheduling assessment, certification and reporting. LCME now wish to further streamline and enhance the exam lifecycle and require a system(s) to manage the exam lifecycle from candidate entry through to assessment and award delivery. LCME require a supplier(s) to deliver two interlinked systems: an Exam Management Platform and a Digital Hosting Solution. This requirement is split into 2 lots.
