A competitive flexible procurement was undertaken to award a contract for Voluntary Satellite Tagging System/Device. The Supplier will provide a voluntary satellite tagging devices along with a system in which the tracking devices and associated equipment can be fitted to wearers safely, comfortably, and durably. "Associated equipment" refers to on body chargers and any other equipment related to the monitoring device.
