Pharmaceutical products

Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to tender the over-labelled medicinal products requirement as part of their pharmaceutical products and associated services requirement for the Ministry of Defence in 2019, with a view to awarding 1 or more contracts that will commence during 2020 for a period of up to 4 years. The requirement consists of products that fall within the scope of pharmaceutical products and associated services with a defined set of labelling requirements, which must be compliant with relevant legislation. The appropriate licences must be held for this activity. The companies that are involved in all stages of the manufacture and distribution of the product need to have the relevant licence for the activity in question (manufacturer's and/or wholesale dealer's licences 'WDA'). Please see Section II.2.4). Team Leidos wishes to stimulate interest, information and views across the market for the completion of this requirement via this PIN together with other companies whom Leidos believes may be able to provide useful intelligence on the requirement. This prior information notice is not a means to submit a formal expression of interest in respect of any potential tender. Any resultant requirement will be subject to the EU Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action.
